Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Here’s how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through List Flatly.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund for your listing package if one of the following conditions is met:
Your request is made within 28 days of purchase, or
Your listing has not yet gone live on the MLS,
whichever comes first.
If eligible, we will issue a full refund minus credit card processing fees (2.5% + $0.30 per transaction).
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our customer support team at support@listflatly.com. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution (typically 5–10 business days).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your listing at any time without penalty or additional charges. However, cancellations made after 28 days or after the listing is live on the MLS are not eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be initiated through your assigned Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Product-Specific Terms
Please note:
Some services and products included in your listing package may not be available in all regions. These limitations are determined by local MLS rules, broker availability, and third-party vendor restrictions.
We do not issue refunds or credits for any unavailable product or service that is bundled within a package.
All physically shipped items (e.g., yard signs, lock boxes) are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unused.

What is your refund policy for listing packages?
We offer full refunds for listing packages within 28 days of purchase or before the listing goes live on the MLS, whichever comes first—minus a 2.5% + $0.30 credit card processing fee.
Can I cancel my listing at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your listing at any time without penalty. However, refunds are only issued if you meet the eligibility requirements.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved and returned to your original form of payment.
Are yard signs or lock boxes returnable?
All physical items shipped to you, including yard signs and lock boxes, are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are typically purchased through your Licensed Broker.
What happens if a product or service in my package isn’t available in my area?
Some products or services may not be available due to regional limitations. We do not offer partial refunds or credits for items that cannot be delivered.
Who provides the real estate services for my listing?
All services are provided by a Licensed Real Estate Broker in good standing. List Flatly itself is not a real estate broker.
Is List Flatly a flat fee MLS service?
No. We are a low commission real estate listing package service, not a flat-fee MLS provider.
Can I get a refund after my property is live on the MLS?
Unfortunately, once your listing is live on the MLS, it no longer qualifies for a refund—even if it’s within 28 days.
How do I cancel my listing?
To cancel, please contact your assigned Licensed Real Estate Broker directly. They will guide you through the process.
