Optional upgrades—like professional photography, a lockbox, open house announcements, or a transaction coordinator—are offered directly through your broker. Once connected, your broker will walk you through available add-ons, and you can purchase only the ones you need. No bundled extras, no upsells—just full control over your listing.

Both packages include an MLS listing from a licensed broker, syndication, and customer support. The Premium Packageadds a yard sign, unlimited open house announcements, virtual tour posting, and a personal transaction coordinator to help guide you from offer to closing.

With the Essential Plan, your property is listed on the MLS for 6 months by a licensed real estate broker. With the Premium Plan, your property is listed for 12 months. As of Fall 2024, buyers are generally responsible for compensating their own agent.
