Do I still have to pay a buyer’s agent compensation / buyer's agent commission?
As of Fall 2024, buyers are generally responsible for compensating their own agent. However, as the seller, you may choose to offer a buyer’s agent commission—typically between 2–3%—as an added incentive. While optional, offering to cover some or all of the buyer’s agent compensation can strengthen your position during negotiations. Compensation is not displayed publicly on the MLS.

Your licensed real estate broker offers unlimited listing changes at no extra cost. You can submit updates directly through your account, including changes to price, photos, description, and more. Your broker will review and apply the updates to your MLS listing promptly.
